OBI Requirements for Intelligence F&D
1. In r ess ail ?Q he action requested in the attached
memorandum from to the Office Information Processing
Officers, it is requested that you convene your committee to
discuss the preparation of the Office statement required. You
will note that the scope of the study covers all aspects of in--
formation processing as related to potential support. The
Office response should be prepared for your signature as the
Office Information Processing Coordinator. A draft of the
proposed statement should be submitted to me for approval by
20 September 1966.
