PR-60 was not sanitized for release
for the following reasons:

Sources quoted include a large number of references to
the files of I/SH and to I/SH contributions to various other
publications inciuciing NIEts. Sanitizing would require a
complete check of all material taken from these files. In
addition, there would be some question as to the releasability
of sources listed in Source No. 1 including the OCI Current
intelligence Digest. Source No. 45 was not available for
checking purposes inasmuch as St/PC did not receive from St/PB
the original manuscript of this report.
