1. You are advised that ORR has informed FI and 00 of the possible
compromise of information from their reports as used in CL / ER-5,
Soviet Geodetic and Photogrammetric Instrumentation. None of the other
sources in this report or in CIA/RR ER-4, Review of Soviet Photogrammetric
Procedures, originated with CIA or any other US Government .Agency.

this fact and the fact that these reports contained no intelligence relating
