1. Talked briefly to DCI about Italy and 0/CI prediction on the coming
elections.
Asked him about next week's briefing of Eisenhower and was informed
25X1A2gthat it would be devoted to with only important highlights of
intelligence developments covered. He stated that he would need no more for
these latter than would be available to him in the usual Presidential Book.
No one from the DD/I side would accompany DCI to New York on the 2nd; passed
this along to Sheldon.
