THIS BRIEFING BOARD DEPICTS A NEWLY IDENTIFIED
SA-2 SAM SITE NEAR VINH, THE ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-
FIRST SITE TO BE IDENTIFIED IN NORTH VIETNAM.
2. LOCATION:
TILE SITE IS LOCATED 14.7 NM WEST-NORTHWEST OF
VIN11 AT UTM WF456729.

CONSIST OF FOUR UNREVETTED LAUNCH POSITIONS AND A
PARTIALLY REVETTED CENTRAL GUIDANCE AREA. NO MISSILES
OR MISSILE ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT ARE OBSERVED.
THE SITE HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO AN AIR STRIKE AND
THE CENTRAL GUIDANCE AREA IS HEAVILY CRATERED. TiiE
LAUNCH POSITIONS, HOWEVER, APPEAR INTACT AND USEABLE.
