THIS IS THE SECOND MERCHANT SHIP OBSERVED CARRYING CAB-OVER-ENGINE
THESE SHIPMENTS CONSTITUTE THE FIRST EVIDENCE OF SUCH RECENT DESIGN
COMMUNIST MADE VEHICLES BEING PROVIDED TO NORTH VIETNAM, AND HELPS
EXPLAIN HOW NORTH VIETNAM MAINTAINS A SIZEABLE TRUCK INVENTORY OF OVER
12,000 IN SPITE OF LOSSES THROUGH AGE OR DESTRUCTION.
