1. SIGNIFICANCE:
THIS BRIEFING BOARD DEPICTS THE HA NOI VETERINARY
DRUG FACTORY.
2. LOCATION:
THIS INSTALLATION IS LOCATED 9.1 NM WEST-NORTHWEST
OF HA iNOI, ON THE NORTH SIDE OF ROUTE 11A.
3. COLLATERAL:
COLLATERAL REPORTS THAT THIS FACTORY WAS BUILD DURING
19b2 AND 1963 WITH COMMUNIST CHINESE AID.
4. MISSION READOUT:
INSTALLATION TO CONSIST OF APPROXIMATELY THIRTY BUILDINGS,
INCLUDING A LARGE MULTIWING BUILDING, A WATER PURIFICATION
AND DRAINAGE TREATMENT PLANT, A STREAM PLANT, ANIMAL PENS,
AND AN ANIMAL FEED DEPARTMENT. SEVERAL OF TILE BUILDINGS
ARE JOINED BY COVERED WALKWAYS. THE FACTORY IS WALL
SECURED.
