THE SITE IS LOCATED THIRTEEN NM WEST-NORTHWEST OF HA NOI.
3. REMARKS:
THIS SITE WAS THE FOURTH SITE TO BE IDENTIFIED IN NORTH VIETNAM.
THE SITE WAS FIRST OBSERVED UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN JUNE 1965, AND WAS
OBSERVED WITH AT LEAST THREE LAUNCH POSITIONS OCCUPIED IN AUGUST
1965.
