THIS BRIEFING BOARD DEPICTS A HARDENED BUNKER-SERVED COASTAL
DEFENSE SITE, TYPICAL OF MANY NEW HARDENED SITES BEING CONSTRUCTED
IN NORTH VIETNAM,
2. LOCATION:
THE SITE IS LOCATED SOUTH OF DO SON, ~.2 NM FROM THE COAST,
3. REMARKS:
THE DO SON PENINSULA IS HEAVILY CONCENTRATED WITH AAA SITES AND
COASTAL DEFENSE POSITIONS DUE TO ITS STRATEGIC PENINSULAR LOCATION
CONTROLLING ACCESS TO HAI PRONG.

REVEALS FOUR MEDIUM, CONCRETE, DRIVE-
THROUGH COASTAL DEFENSE POSITIONS, EACH SERVED BY A BUNKERED PERSONNEL
AMMUNITION STORAGE AREA, TWO VEHICLE REVETMENTS, AT LEAST FOUR OTHER
REVETMENTS, AND THREE CAMOUFLAGED VEHICLES~PIECES OF EQUIPMENT ARE
