THANK YOU FOR YOUR LETTER PROPOSING THE ORGANIZATION IN
MOSCOW OF AN EXHIBIT/SEMINAR DEVOTED TO TECHNOLOGY AND
EQUIPMENT FOR THE PREVENTION OF AIR POLLUTION AND CONTROL
INSTRUMENTATION FOR ATMOSPHERIC POLLUTION.
WE HAVE LOOKED OVER SOUR PORPOSALS IN THIS REGARD, AND
DR. IZRAEL HAS INSTRUCTED ME TO INFORM YOU THAT.THEY ARE
ACCEPTABLE TO US, AS WE UNDERSTAND IT, THE EXHIBIT'/SEMINAR
WILL TAKE PLACE UNDER THE AUSPICES OF SOVIET-AMERICAN COOPERATION
FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT, AND WILL BE ONE OF
THE MEASURES TO BE NOTED IN THE MEMORANDUM AT THE UP-COMING
FOURTH SESSION OF THE MIXED COMMISSION IN OCTOBER, FOR THIS
