In connection with the subject investigation, Mr. G, Allen Carver of the Criminal Division, Department of Justice, has provided-this Office with a list dated 19 March 1976 o.f additional persons he would like to interview. All persons on the list are considered only as potential witnesses by DOJ. Accordingly, there is no reason for the DOJ attorneys to advise thane listed of their rights (Miranda warnings) and DOJ does not plan to do so. 2. It is requested that you provide this Office with the following information: a. Current employees within your Directorate: (1) Location -- i . e . , Headquarters , overseas , outside D . C , area (2} Wliether? overt or xxnder cover (3) If overseas, any problems expected in return to Headquarters for intervie~,v within the next month . b .
