SECRECY AGREEMENT
1. it , understand that the signing of a
contract with the Government of the United States, dated
19_, and the negotiations and instructions in connection therewith,
have established a confidential relationship between me and the Govern-
ment which is not to be revealed by me under penalty of law (specifi-
cally the Espionage Act, act of June 15, 1917, as amended) without
prior permission in writing from an authorized officer of the Govern-
ment.
N. I do therefore solemnly swear (or affirm) that I shall keep
forever secret this special relationship under the contract of
19_, with the Government and all information relating thereto, unless
authorized officially in ,writing by a qualified officer of the Govern-
ment to divulge a part dE all of such information. I understand that
this oath (or affirmation) applies to the special relationship under
the above contract tef the Government and to information relating thenvto
but does not restrict my right to divulge any information In my
possession which has been acquired other than by virtue of or in
connection with the above special relationship.
3. I take this obligation freely and without any mental reservation
or purpose of evasion.
