1. Attention is directed to the fact that our Consultant
program is twofold, covert and overt.
2. It is recommended that the following procedures be
established:
a. Covert medical appointments will be made
by Administrative Assistant SSD.
b. Overt medical appointments will be made
by the office of the Chief, Technical
Services.
c. All fees for services rendered and medical
reports will be sent to

d. C/ASD will arrange for payment of all bills
the first of each month.
3.
If these procedures are approved, C/ASD will:
a.
Check all security clearances of Consultants.

Inform all Consultants of billing data and
CIA contacts who will send patients to them.
