Addendum to Requirements of Medical Office'. Department of
Defense directive S-6000.1
In addition to the hospitalization support in the Washington
area already requested, it would greatly facilitate the work
of TSD if liaison could be established with the Surgeon General's
Office and the Navy Bureau of Medicine in order to obtain
abstracts or photostatic copies of the medical service records
of prospective employees who have previously served in the Armed
Forces.
