1. During the last two weeks of March 1974, a series of
seminars was conducted by our D&E personnel for selected rep-
resentatives of each of the overseas Divisions of the DDO.
The Division attendees for each of these seminars were officers
25X1A9 experienced in the conduct of technical operations in the field
Sr directly resp onsible for their support at Headquarters.
We asked C/OTD/ORD, to participate in each of
these sessions to highlight the contributions which ORD has
made to DDO technical operations and to emphasize the high
degree of cooperation between our Offices in these endeavors.
25X1A9a 2. We believe that through his excellent pre-
sentations to each of these DDO Divisions, very successfully
demonstrated the impact of many ORD projects on the ever-im-
proving technical equipment and capabilities which are being
made available to the DDO. This, we know, had a very bene-
ficial effect on the attendees and we wish to express our
25X1A9a appreciation to for his ver r substantive contribution
to the success of this year's conferences.
