The following employees were considered by the CSP/ORD in a final selection for a principal and alternate nominee to atik~e DD/S&T Career Development Course: 13. Principal and Alternate selected: 25X1A9a 25X1A9a IPA/ORD - Principal Age - 29 EOD with Agency - September 1969 PD/ORD - Alternate Age - 40 EOD with Agency - July 1955 (10 October 1972 - the above nominations were sent to WORD. 25X1A9a GS-14, Age 35, EOD with Agency was se ec e by the D/ORD.) 25X1A9a 14. suggested that the CSP/ORD be given a list of training available in the Agency. He thought a review of the first five employees on the ranking list of GS-12s, GS-13s and GS-14s as to what training they have taken while in the Agency should be made. This information, he stated, should then be made available to the CSP in order that they might compile a list of people who might attend these scheduled courses. No action was taken but 25X1A9a stated he would review this information material when received from the Training Officer. 25X1A9a 15. stated that the Special Panel/ORD would issue their minutes to the CSP/ORD members in order that they might be informed of the activities undertaken by the Panel. This would also give the CSP members an opportunity to discuss any questions they might have with the Chairman of the Special Panel. 25X1A9a 16, stated that the Evaluation Criteria Subpanel a ma e two recommendations: (1) Ranking and Evaluation Criteria and (2) the need for two lists: (a) Ranking List and (b) Promotability List.
