list of training available in the Agency. He thought a review
of the first five employees on the ranking list of GS-12s,
GS-13s and GS-14s as to what training they have taken while
in the Agency should be made. This information, he stated,
should then be made available to the CSP in order that they
might compile a list of people who might attend these
scheduled courses. No action was taken but

received from the Training Officer.

issue their minutes to the CSP/ORD members in order that they
might be informed of the activities undertaken by the Panel.
This would also give the CSP members an opportunity to discuss
any questions they might have with the Chairman of the Special
Panel.
