SUBJECT Next Meeting of the Intelligence Panel of the
NSCIC Working Group
1. Reference is the attached set of papers which has been
sent to members of the NSCIC Working Group reference a meeting
called'for 1030 hours on Wednesday, 20 November.
2. Before departing on his present overseas trip General
Wilson said he would like to have a meeting of the Intelligence
Panel at 1400 hours on Monday, 18 November in his office. It
is requested you reserve this time.
3. General Wilson is interested in obtaining from Panel
members comments as to:
a. Follow-on actions which any member considers should
be pursued as a result of the Working Group discussion reflected
in the attached minutes of the 30 October meeting.
b. Ideas, proposals and topics which General Wilson
might pursue to enhance the value of the "Critique of Intelligence
Responsiveness to Consumer Needs" which is the primary agenda
item of the 20 November meeting of the Working Group.
