NEW: RUNWAY--LENGTH 7,655 FT NE/SW UNDER
CONSTRUCTION.
WIDTH UNDETERMINED.
ENTIRE AIRFIELD IS IN THE EARLY STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION. THE RUNWAY,
TAXIWAY, PARKING APRONS, AND HARDSTANDS APPEAR TO BE BROKEN UP0 THE
RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY ARE BEING EXTENDED TO A LENGTH OF 7,655 FT. A
RAIL SPUR HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED ACROSS THE SW DISPERSAL AREA TO THE
CENTER OF THE FIELD.
