THIS DITCH. NUMEROUS VEHICLES/PIECES OF EQUIPMENT ARE NEAR ALL THE SILOS
AND THROUGHOUT THE LAUNCH AREA. AT LEAST 12 BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES OF VAR-
IOUS SIZES AND STAGES OF CONSTRUCTION ARE OBSERVED WITHIN THE AREA. THE
AREA IS DOUBLE FENCED AND ONLY ROAD SERVED. NO EVID'ENCE OF RAIL SERVICE
TO THE AREA EXISTS ALTHOUGH CONSIDERABLE EFFORT WAS OBSERVED IN THE PRE-
PARATION AND GRADING OF THE ROAD SERVING THE AREA.
