TOP SECRET II Page 1 Copy = SAM STORAGE SITE 3 MOSCOW, USSR THIS IS ONE OF SEVEN SAM STORAGE SITES CONNECTED WITH THE MOSCOW SAM DEFENSE SYSTEM. THE SOVIETS IN THEIR 7 NOV 64 MOSCOW PARADE INTRODUCED A NEW MISSILE ENCLOSED WITHIN A CYLINDRICAL CANNISTER MOUNTED ON A TRANSPORTER. THE MISSILE WAS DESCRIBED AS "AN ANTI-MISSILE MISSILE CAPABLE OF DESTROYING INCOMING MISSILES AT GREAT RANGES FROM THE TARGET".
