SIGNIFICANCE: A HORIZONTAL TEST BUILDING CONTAINING 2 TEST CELLS AND A SMALL TEST POSITION ARE NEWLY IDENTIFIED. TWO MASSIVE POSSIBLE MULTIPLE POSITION TEST BUILDINGS ARE IDENTIFIED UNDER CONSTRUCTION IN THE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED TEST SITE UNDER CONSTRUC- TION AND ARE CONNECTED TO A LARGE SUSPECT LIQUID HYDROGEN PRODUCTION BUILDING. 2. REMARKS: LIQUID HYDROGEN IS A HIGH THRUST CRYOGENIC FUEL USED IN THE U.S. TO POWER UPPER STAGE PROPULSION UNITS FOR SPACE VEHICLES. IN ADDITION, THIS FUEL IS BEING USED IN THE U.S. NUCLEAR ROCKET PROPULSION PROGRAM. THE ZAGORSK TEST SITE IS THE MAJOR DEVELOP- MENTAL/ACCEPTANCE TEST FACILITY FOR ROCKET ENGINES AND MISSILE ASSEMBLIES DEVELOPED BY THE GUIDED MISSILE ENGINE PLANT 456 AND NII/PLANT 88, MOSCOW.
