AND AN ADMINISTRATION AND HOUSING AREA.-
REVEALED NO CHANGE IN THE FACILITIES OR IN
THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY AT THE PLANT.

WITH YEN-LIANG AIRFIELD. A 2,850 FT EXTENSION IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT THE
SOUTHWEST END OF YEN-LIANG AIRFIELD WHICH WILL INCREASE THE RUNWAY LENGTH
TO APPROXIMATELY 10,850 FT. A TAXIWAY UNDER CONSTRUCTION CONNECTS A PROBABLE
AIRCRAFT TEST REVETMENT AND A PARKING APRON, BOTH UNDER CONSTRUCTION, WITH
THE PLANT AND THE NEW RUNWAY EXTENSION. A LARGE FINAL CHECKOUT HANGAR, A
SMALL REPAIR HANGAR AND SEVERAL SMALL BUILDINGS ARE ALSO UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
ADDITIONAL AIRCRAFT OBSERVED AT THE AIRFIELD INCLUDE 1 FRESCO, 2 FAGOT,
3 COLT, 3 PROBABLE MAX, 2 SMALL STRAIGHT-WING, AND 1 PROBABLE CAB FUSELAGE.
