The Kun-ming (Yun-nan) Dye Printing Plant is located 5 nm WSW of Kun-ming,
China. The plant is-secured by a wall and consists of a large L-shaped light
fabrication building (with approximately 53,075 sq ft of floorspace), a heating
plant, and l4- workshops/warehouses. A separately secured area in the eastern
portion of the plant contains 2 large buildings connected by covered walkways
and a probable administration building.
A water reservoir is located in the plant area. Although the plant is
road served only, rail transportation is within 1,000 feet of the plant's'
buildings.
