A probable. explosives storage area is
located approximately 30 kilometers (km) east-
northeast of Voronezh and 5 km northwest of
Orlovo (Figure 1).
The installation covers approximately 140
acres, is secured, and contains 8 probable
explosives storage buildings. A support area
immediately east contains an administration
building, 4 quarters, and 3 support buildings
(Figures 2 and 3).

This area is covered on TALENTphotogra-
phy of and on. KEYHOLE mis-
sions between
A firebreak which was visible on photogra-
phy can no longer be discerned. Absence of
trackage, possible dismantlement of rail spur,
and heavy over-growth of vegetation indicate
possible abandonment of this installation.
Railroad Service
The spur line of the Voronezh-Ryazan rail
line serving the installation appears to be dis-
mantled.
The installation is served -by a secondary
road which provides access to Orlovo.
Administration and Troop Housing Area
Area D contains an administration building,
4 quarters, and 3 support buildings.
Explosives Storage Area
Area F is secured and contains 8 probable
explosives stora e buildin s. A firebreak which
was observed on coverage is not
discernible on overage. Foliage precludes
a more-detailed interpretation. -
