Findings in this report are tentative and details are suhj_ct to re- vision in the light of any new information. I o date. I$ SA-3 S.A\I sites have been iden- tified in the Ieningrad defense ring. Previous to Mission 4006, a tower, probably associated with guidance- equipment. had been identified in the central guidance area of four of them. Mission 4006 photography provided good- quality stereoaraphic coverage of SA-3 SAM sites C02 and C04 'Figures 1 and 2). Towers were observed at each of these sites, bringing the number of _S.\-3_sites at which, towers have been observed to six (Figure 31. The towers are latticed structures sur- mounted by_ an apparent flat surface.
