reference point.

Probably for the defense of the Tirane-Durres area.

Probably advanced stage of construction.
LAUNCH FACILITIES:
Six launch revetments appear complete. No launch equipment
emplaced.
MISSILES :
None observed.
ELECTRONICS AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT:
Guidance revetment is complete but unoccupied.
OVERHEAD POWER and/or COMMUNICATIONS LINE:
None visible.
