3. Moscow/Fi1i Airframe Plant--4-x23 is located i n the zrestern mart of DZoscow
in a bend of the Moscow River at coordinates 550 ~~-5` 20'rN/37? 29' 30"E. The
airframe plant is adjacent to Fili Airfield (See Figure ;;'1) and is served by 25X1D
