The Perm Rocket Test Facility is located
in a wooded area 10.5 nm east of Perm at 58-01N
56-34E. It is served., bv both road and rail and
has two security fences, the inner fence enclosing
approximately 120 acres. The facility has one
road-served vertical test stand measuring ap-
proximately 60 by 55 feet and 170 feet high, a
drive-through checkout building about 185 by
100 feet and 55 feet high, ano 40 miscellaneous
storage and administration buildings. Within
the facility are four rail spurs, one of which

terminates approximately 1,8.00 feet ENE of
the test stand at a possible fuel-storage area
(reported in OAK-Part II, page
14, as a possible test site).
