REQUIREMENT: CIA/RR/E/R1/60, requesting a detailed photo inter-
. pretation of Bearing Plant No 6, Sverdlovsk, USSR.
REMARKS :
This brief presents a photographic analysis of Bearing Plant No 6 in
Sverdlovsk, USSR. -Because of the lack of stereo coverage, only fair
resolution, and the small scale of the photography.-o-nly a limited inter-
pretation was possible. Although the photography shows no industrial
plants at the points specified on the US Air Target Charts referenced, it
was determined, with the aid of the collateral sources listed, that the plant
appearing on photography at 56?50'40"N/60037'30"E is Bearing Plant No 6.
The plant occupies the block where item 1-70 is located on US Air Target
Chart Major components of the plant are shown on
the accompanying line drawing and are described in the following key to
annotations.
