THE MOLOTOV CHEMICAL AND MUNITIONS COMBINE (KINOV 98~, JUST WEST OF THE CITY APPEARS TO OCCUPY THE SAME AREA AS SHOWN ON THE CHART. NO UNUSUAL INSTALLATIONS WERE OBSERVED IN THE CITY AREA. LENINGRAD AREAS SUSPECT COMPLEXES TWO COMPLEXES WITH IDENTICAL CONFIGURATIONS, POSSIBLY MISSILE-ASSOCIATED, HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED IN THE LENINGRAD AREA (SEE ATTACHMENT I)* ONE COMPLEX IS 36 NM NW OF LENINGRAD AT 60-27-15N 29-44-OJOJE. THE OTHER COMPLEX IS 16 NM NE OF THE CITY AT 60-06N 30-44E. EACH OF THE TWO COMPLEXESs WHICH ARE IDENTICAL IN CONFIGURATIONQ CONSISTS OF FIVE ROAD-SERVED SITES (SEE ATTACHMENT 2). EACH SITE APPEARS TO HAVE SIX PADLIKE OBJECTS, 25X1D FOR A TOTAL. OF 30 PADS AT EACH COMPLEX. TWO SITES IN THE COMPLEX NW OF THE CITY WERE IDENTIFIED ON KEYHOLE AND REPORTED IN PART 49 PAGE 9. EACH OF THE EIGHT NEWLY IDENTIFIED EARS TO HAVE A PATTERN IDENTICAL WITH THAT OF THE TWO SITES 25X1D PREVIOUSLY REPORTED IN PART 4. THE SMALL SCALE AND DARKNESS PRECLUDE A UtiAILLJ ANALYSIS OF THE SITES. 22.
