Figure 1 graphically illustrates the portions of the border areas that were covered by photography (cloud cover and other limitations of photo- graphic quality are not depicted). The following items of interest were noted on WAC 203 NEWLY IDENTIFIED MILITARY ACTIVITY, VOZZHAYEVKA, USSR 50 43N-128 43E Previously unreported military activity is observed on an abandoned sod landing area which is located on the south edge of Vozzhayevka (See Figure 2). A large tracked and wheeled vehicle driver training circuit and 10-15 buildings under construction are located on the former sod rlaLL~ng area. Comparative photographic coverage of I Ishows no activity on the sod airfield, but photographic coverage does show some limited activity in the area. SEBUCHAR ARMY BARRACKS AL-l, USSR 45 48N-133 39E All of the training facilities at this installation appear to have a high level of activity. One new vehicle loop is noted at the APC firing range. KAMEN-RYBOLOV MILITARY COMPLEX, USSR 44 46N-132 OlE Extensive ground scarring was observed throughout the training areas located between the Kamen-Rybolov Army Barracks NE and the Kamen-Rybolov Army Barracks Troitskoy. Extensive ground scarring was also noted at the tank/assault gun firing ranges that are located NW of these installations. POSSIBLE MILITARY ACTIVITY, OTAR, USSR 4+3 33N-075 13E A large number of unidentified vehicles/pieces of equipment (200-250 estimated) are observed in an unidentified installation that is located approximately 1.5 nm north of Otar. A comparative analysis of photography dated indicates that these vehicles/pieces of equipment are new since A comparison with earlier photography indicates that a slight increase in activity has occurred at this installation since detailed analysis of the function of the installation and of the type of vehicles/pieces of equipment observed. .
