mast amidships; a single probable surface-to-air missile launcher and
launcher platform forward (this launcher and launcher platform appear to
be lar;2er than that of the KASHIN Class DLG). No distinction can be
mac_E a1, this time as to what type armament, if any, will be carried
aft. This vessel does not appear to have the gun turret forward of the
missile, platform or the twin exhaust stacks that are characteristic of
the KASHIN Class DLG. See annotation 1,

The after portside exhaust stack of this ship appears to have been
removed. The after exhaust stack on the starboard side is apparently
being worked on as it is only partially in place. The after stack area
is within the working radius of a floating crane moored at the port
side of this ship. See annotation 3,1 _j

A flouting crane is working along the port side of this ship. See

This vessel appears to have a gun mount on bow and two circular objects
located port and starborard near the stern. The conventional version of
the OSKOL Class ASL does not have these items:

This hull is possibly being used as barge or a camel for the floating
crane indicated by annotation 14 below.
14. Large floating crane (approx dimensions of float: 205' x 120').
15. Empty building way. The hull form visible is the scaffolding that was
erected around the last vessel to occupy this way.
16. Hull of large ship under construction (measurements undetermined).
The construction of this hull has not yet advanced to the point were it
