Three unidentified submarines (could not be measured). See annotation 7, CIA/PIR 7301 2. Five possible OSA. Class PTFG (LOA of each approx. 120'). LOA and presence of missile launchers contributed to this evaluation. See annotation 6, 3. Two unidentified small submarines (visible waterline length approx. 1901). See annotation 5 4. Unidentified submarine (could not be measured). See annotation 4, 5. Unidentified vessel (LOA approx. 120'). 6. Unidentified vessel at fitting-out quay (could not be measured). This vessel has some similarities to the OSA Class PTFG, but ice surrounding it precluded a determination of the hull shape and end points. 7. Unidentified vessel under construction (LOA approx. 120'). Missile tubes could not be discerned, but the hull shape is similar to the OSA Class PTFG at annotation 8 below. See annotation 3, 8. Three probable OSA Class PTFG under construction on building way (LOA of each approx. 120'). Length and topside detail (missile tubes), and hull shape contributed to this evaluation. See annotation 2, 9. Possible OSA Class PTFG (could not be measured). See annotation 1, NOTES: (1) Annotations 1 through 4 are located at Ulisa Bay Submarine Base. (2) All measurements have been made by the CIA/IAD project analyst.
