1. This memorandum is in response to the referenced requirement
which requests an analysis of the Marfino KGB Electronic Research
Institute and all associated communications facilities.
2. The requirement cannot be answered because of the lack of suit-
able high resolution photography. Photography from Mission
covered the area; however, limited interpretability precluded
analysis of the target.
