The complex can be negated on KEYHOLE photography of I3nd was first observed and identified on 25X1 D Since that time the complex has been covered twice by small-sc le KEYHOLE photography, with the latest coverage coming on 25X1 D Presently the secured complex is in an early to midstage of con- struction, and consists of 3 launch sites, and a tracking/guidance facilt: The launch site configuration and layout is similar to the PLRS launch complexes at Kalinin and Pereslavl-Zalesskiy, USSR.
