The complex, in an early stage of construction, consists of 2 launch sites, the clearing for a third, a tracking guidance facility and clearing activities for a missile-handling facility. At'La-unch Sites A and B the loop roads have been graded and construction for 6 launch positions is observed. No revetments are discernible. Only preliminary tree clearing is observed at Launch Site C. The tracking guidance facility is connected by road to r.aunch Site B and consists of 3 clearings, 2 probably for radar mounds and the third for the control center. Tree clearance for the missile-handling facility is observed just north of the launch area.
