The secured complex is in an early- to-mid stage of construction and consists of 3 launch sites, a tracking/ guidance facility, a support area, and a missile-handling facility. The launch sites appear to be similar to those at the Pereslavl- Zalesskiy PLRS Complex and the launch revetments are similar to those at the Volgograd PLRS Complex. Launch Sites B and C appear to be more advanced in construction than Launch Site A. Five complete revetments were observed at Launch Site B, ZI- at Launch Site C, but none at Launch Site A. The tracking/guidance facility is in the most advanced stage of construction of any component in the complex. The 3 radar mounds and the central control revetment appear to be complete. The support area consists of ~+ probably complete buildings, 3 buildings under construction, and a foundation for another building. Only part of the road pattern is present at the missile-handling facility. Orientation of the complex is approximately 300 degrees and it is situated approximately 600 feet above mean sea level.
