An area of new construction approximately 625 ft west of Bela a Tserkov
SAM Site B14-2 was first observed in The 25X1I
construction can be negated in The area 25X1 D
consists of a new road, which begins at the southern edge of the launch area,
passes north through 2 oval clearings, and terminates with a loop road.
Immediately north of the loop road are a rectangular clearing and a probable
revetted building.
The construction at this site, as at Kremenchug SAM Site B26-2, appears
to be incomplete and it is not possible at this stage to determine what
function it will serve.

construction can be negated in The area
consists of a new road under c wnicn egins at e southern
edge of the launch area and passes north. This road is similar in
appearance to that observed at Belaya Tserkov SAM Site B14-2, but it
does not have the 2 oval clearings, the rectangular clearing, the loop
road, or the probable revetted building observed at the latter site.
Due to the early stage of construction, no measurements were taken from
the photography of the Kremenchug site.
