Construction of a ground target marker near Singer has been completed
since The marker was previously identified as a possi-
ble instrumentation site from early construction observed on the
photography. The marker can be negated on photography. .j 25X1D
The coordinates listed above have been computed and replace those which 25X9
have been previously published. The new marker is located 15.9 nm WNW 0f`
Singer and 3.5 nm south of Po-cheng-tzu. It is similar in configuration
to the airdrop marker at
and to the ground target marker at Shuang-cheng-tzu Missile TesI.

The marker consists of a plus sign inside a circle bracketed by 4
corner markers representing the corners of a 1,975-foot square. The bars
of the plus sign are 1190 by 35 feet. The inside diameter of the circle
is 985 feet, and the outside diameter is 1 090 feet. The circle is not
solid as is the but is broken similar to the
marker at Shuang-cheng-tzu. No significant structures or supporting
facilities are present near the marker.
