The configuration of the complex resembles that of Sary-Shagan AM/ SAM Launch Area 1. A faint trace through the woods NGJ of the launch sites, however, may be a fence under construction, which would in effect enclose an area capable of accommodating 2 additional launch sites, possibly produc- ing the 5 site configuration seen at Tallinn and Cherepovets AM/SAM Launch Complexes. No detail other than the distinctive road pattern is discerni- ble at the individual launch sites. The electronics site, located approximately 3,740 feet NE of Launch Site B, consists of clearings for 3 radar positions and a probable central control position. It is connected with the launch sites by an access road east of Launch Site A. A support area, located west of the launch com- plex, consists of approximately 10 buildings. A second support area, lo- cated near Launch Site B, consists of approximately 5 buildings.
