Location: Approximately 20.0 nm SSW of the complex support facility

Stage of Construction: Early Date First Seen:
The launch area consists of a launch site under construction, and
probable associated buildings. The single-fenced launch site contains a
square excavation, 2 ramps, and a spoil pile. Small construction build-
ings and track activity are visible around the excavation.
