The Minsk Radio Plant "Molotov", one of the most important producers of civilian radio receiving sets in the U.S.S.R., is also reportedly engaged in military electronics and radar production. The small scale of the photography precludes any identification of radar-type antennas on roofs of the buildings or elsewhere in the plant area. This plant is located in the northeast section of Minsk. A comparison of ground and vertical photography definitely confirms its reported location as Reference #18 on U.S. Target Complex Mosiac-Series 25, 0168-9997-25MA. Since World War II this plant has-been greatly-expanded. Several new buildings have been constructed. The major components of this plant are described in the following tabulation, and identified by corresponding numbers on the accompanying annotated photograph, Approved For Release 2TOp83EaLi F .Tout tCRVI~`- CHE SS Approved For Release 2001"/08/07': T04753A000300020005-4 HTA-MB-56 NO.
