located in Minsk., with a production program including military electronics and
radar. Other evidence suggests that there may be two electronics plants in

One of these is certainly liinek Radio Plant "Molotov", believed to be located
in the 2+N section, 1/8 NM from the X.nsk Technical College, Just off the main
road, Minsk to bksacow, location of the second plant (which may be the "large
radar plant") is not confirmed. It may be near Molotov"; low-level reps rts
have suggested a location south of the city, on a Lakovs 'a Ul.itsa.
The following P1 is requested;
1 Confiria location, size of "Molotov" plant. Describe briefly.

2 If possible, indicate probable location and size of the second electronics
plant.
(3) Examine lblotov" plant and otter unidentified end-equipment type plants
in Minsk for evidence of radar-type antennae - as test units on roof or as
inventory in compound. If possible, sketch antennas in rough.
