REQUIREMENT RR/HTA/E/R22/58: Locate and describe fluorspar mining and
concentration operations at the Aurakhmat Fluorspar Combine, near
Brich-Mulla, Kazakh SSR.
REMARKS :
The Aurakhmat Fluorspar Combine reportedly is located 90
kilometers northeast of Tashkent and three kilometers south of the
village of Brich-Mulla, on the right bank of the Chatkal River.
There is some photographic evidence of mining and milling operations
at this location. However, this area falls at the extreme edge of
oblique photography and the resulting small scale pre-
cludes detailed photo analysis.
