vicinity of Parnu, Estonia showing changes since 1944 in settlements,
road network, railroads, military installations, airfields and other
significant features

The enclosed map overlay shows that portion of the requested area that was
covered by recent vertical and oblique photography. Since GX photography of
most of this area is not available, the recent photography was compared to the
referenced maps, which are very accurate in the area covered by the photography.
Significant changes were annotated directly on the map overlay. Extensive
land drainage systems are evident throughout the entire region. Many areas shown
as swamps on the map are now drained and under cultivation. Several minor
secondary roads are not shown on this map.
Because of the security nature of this project, the original overlay was
delivered to the requester and no other distributionas made.
