Test Range, possibly used for ASM testing.
REMARKS:
The right oblique camera which had the seaward exposure in the Riga area,.
malfunctioned on mission " There is no indication of a Naval Sea. Test Range
on the interpretable portions of the vertical and left oblique exposures, which
contained scattered clouds.
