and determine whether or not the mines and quarries in the area are
associated with this plant.
The reported possible aluminum plant is identified as a new cement plant.
The reported mines and quarries appear to be limestone quarries associated with
the steel, cement, and brick-making plants. There is no known aluminum plant
in this area.
