The petroleum storage facilities in Constanta are comprised of the following
five tank farms: 25X1A

Constants Petroleum Storage, North of Railroad
Constants Petroleum Storage, "Astra Romana"
Constants Petroleum Storage, "Unirea",
Constants Petroleum Storage, "Waterfront"

There have been no apparent changes in any of these petroleum storage areas
since they were previously photographed during World War II. The tank farms appear
active, but there is no evidence of new tank construction.
