The port facilities of PALDISKI have not expanded in recent years and appear as
shown in the above referenced target mosaic. This port does not appear very active.
A few fishing vessels and small craft are in port, but no naval vessels are in evidence.
The town of PALDISKI has increased considerably in size. Many new storage sheds
and personnel quarters have been erected.
The entire peninsula appears to be a military area. Although the hazy, oblique
photography precludes detailed interpretation, coastal defense, radar, and other military
installations are probably located here. Reported construction of underground facilities
cannot be confirmed.
