LOCATION:
15 nm west of reference point.
FUNCTION'
One of the sites deployed for the defense of Nizhniy Tagil.
SITE STATUS:
Early stage of construction.
REMARKS:
Initial excavation of the six launch pits, and the guidance area revet-
ments has been started. The Foundations are being laid for the
administration building and two barracks. Initial clearing for
service roads has started.
Site is situated on flat terrain in a heavily forested area.
A SAM support facility under constructions 16, 5 nm to the east prob-
ably will serve the site.
